These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and mbk4d ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this document:

| "Balance" | The total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any credited bonuses, less any withdrawals and settled losses. |

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by mbk4d before processing withdrawals or applying high-value bonuses. |
| "Platform" | The mbk4d website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated products and services accessible at mbk4d.cam. |
| "Stake" | The amount of real-money funds wagered on a single bet, game round, or lottery draw. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The multiple by which Bonus Funds (or deposit + bonus) must be staked before associated winnings may be withdrawn. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all platform operations, customer service hours, and promotional schedules unless otherwise stated. |
Access to and use of the mbk4d platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times:
Age Verification: mbk4d reserves the right to request proof-of-age documentation at any point. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at mbk4d's sole discretion.
To access mbk4d's betting and gaming services, you must register a single Account using accurate, current, and complete information. The following rules apply to Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbk4d platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a means of escaping personal difficulties. Our responsible gaming tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion requests — whether for a defined cooling-off period or permanent exclusion — will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

All content on the mbk4d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, data compilations, software, odds data, and game content — is the property of mbk4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any mbk4d content without prior written consent from mbk4d. Unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of mbk4d's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbk4d's total liability to any User — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits mbk4d's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
mbk4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, legitimate balances will be held securely. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, the Account will be reinstated and the balance restored in full. Where fraud or a Terms breach is confirmed, mbk4d reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any winnings associated with the prohibited activity.
Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding settled balances will be disbursed to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, provided KYC has been completed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law applicable to online gaming operators. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mbk4d's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction agreed between the parties.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer. mbk4d acknowledges that its services are directed at Indonesian residents and that certain mandatory provisions of Indonesian consumer protection law may apply regardless of the governing law clause above.
mbk4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting User rights, deposit or withdrawal rules, or bonus eligibility — mbk4d will provide not less than 7 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your Account and by displaying a notice on the platform.
Continued use of the mbk4d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
The version of these Terms in effect at the time a bet is placed or a transaction is initiated governs that specific transaction, regardless of subsequent amendments.
