The mbk4d platform is strictly prohibited for use by persons under the age of 21. mbk4d does not knowingly collect, store, or process Personal Data belonging to individuals under 21 years of age. Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, all associated data securely deleted, and any deposited funds returned at mbk4d's sole discretion.
21+ Only: If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered an account on mbk4d, please contact us immediately at the address in Clause 14. We will act promptly to verify the allegation, close the account, and delete all associated data.
mbk4d's primary server infrastructure is located in data centers serving the Southeast Asian region. In certain cases, Personal Data may be transferred to and processed by third-party service providers located outside Indonesia — for example, game content providers or KYC verification platforms operating under internationally recognized data protection standards.
